Seed + Mill halva is to die for! (A dessert made from sesame seeds) I first tried it in Chelsea Market, but now that I know I can get it in Whole Foods in Brooklyn...😍

After sampling this juice at Whole Foods, I bought 2! Besides tasting great, I really loved this company’s mission. They use all of the odd shaped produce that can’t be sold to make their juice! 💛🧡❤️
@ Matchaful in DUMBO Turmeric and Cardamom matcha lattes Cashew butter vegan matcha cups Super tasty lattes but how cute are those mugs and candies?!🍵
I’m returning to this blog after a hiatus with a pic of these delicious donuts from Dun-Well Donuts in Bushwick! Expect lots of delicious vegan food pics to follow as I have visitors this weekend and am taking them around to all my fav spots:) Still living in Brooklyn🌇
Vegan Birthday Dinner @ Peacefood Cafe in Union Square! Pot pie was amazing, steaming hot, and perfect for this weather, I love NYC Fall🌆🍁🍂
BEETS🌺🌈
I've escaped nyc, spending a few days on the side of a mountain down south, obsessively drinking this tea and playing scrabble:)
Enjoying the last of peach season!🍑
As a teacher, I get a good amount of Starbucks cards as gifts. So, I stop in more than I would on my own accord. My go-to is a hot tea with steamed soy milk (normally I get their chai tea). In addition to my tea, I redeemed some stars the other day to try this new vegan bowl Starbucks has (for free!). I was pleasantly surprised by the taste/freshness, and very thankful for this option on a day where I hadn't had time to pack my lunch but at the same time am trying not to spend money eating out. 👍🏻
I haven't been posting too much because I've been working on some new creative projects! Will share soon! For now enjoy these pretty gold and purple beets going into the oven:) HAPPY FRIDAY
Homemade baked beans, with potato wedges! 🥔 On a big bed of lettuce🥗 And of course some avo🥑
Homemade matcha latte (with soy milk) 🍵
Lunch! Salad with roasted beets & broccoli, topped with tahini and hummus🥗 Also half a whole wheat everything bagel also with hummus👍🏻
Amazing yoga sesh @home today🙏🏻 I'm pretty new to a home practice. I normally prefer going to classes, or when I do practice at home I usually use a video, but today It was just me, music, & my mat...I found it so empowering! I loved being in total control of my flow. I really enjoyed the freedom, I also noticed I was more present (in a good way). Ended up focusing on hips today as you might've guessed from the pic😝
Craving a warm breakfast today which is a little unusual for me, but better for my digestion so I'll take it! Oats cooked in unsweetened soy milk With cinnamon, ground flax seed, & a dash of maple syrup Topped with cooked apples (apples+water+cinnamon), raw almond butter, Maca powder It's been a stressful and anxious week for me so using today (a day off) to reset. Plenty of sleep, meditation, journaling, lots of lemon water, and this healthy breakfast helped me find some balance this morning🌈
Oh hey there Williamsburg.
It’s been a minute since I’ve practiced here, so I had forgotten the feeling of doing yoga in a room so packed the mats are almost touching but I LOVED IT!
I'm on a tighter budget this month so I plan to be frequenting Yoga to the People since they are donation based. So grateful🙏🏻
Snack in the park after yoga🙏🏻 Cherries, cashews, & a square of dark chocolate
