Triangle and linesÂ
I made this optical illusion with a triangle shape, gradient, and the warp tool to give a feeling of depth, contrast, and distance in the design. I put into consideration the direction of light, shadows, and highlight. Â

AFROBEAT MUSIC FESTIVALÂ
Afrobeat is a popular genre of music invented by Fela Anikulapo Kuti in West Africa in 1920s Ghana −1970s Nigeria and it’s been loved by her people to date.
Every visual element on this poster such as shapes, color, fonts, and texture, is used with purpose and meaning.
Color: the off white in the background signifies the warmth and vibrancy of the music in harmony with the yellow and red because afrobeat has a semi upbeat tempo it and it also has to do with all year round summer in west Africa.
Font: the font used indicates versatile (meaning people in Africa are known to born with a sense rhythm and tempo when they dance), the thin line on the font signifies tribal marks has a means of identification in the old days.
Texture: Africa is known for her textiles that come in all shapes, size, and pattern and was implemented into the design to bring it closer to the home where the music genre was invented.
in conclusion, all elements in the design work together in harmony like the way beats in the music.

Every visual element on this poster such as shapes, color, fonts, and texture, is used with purpose and meaning.
Color: the orange-yellow in the background signifies the warmth and vibrancy of the music because afrobeat has a semi upbeat tempo it and it also has to do with all year round summer in west Africa.
Font: the font used is an African font. I used it because of its boldness, strength, versatile (people in Africa are known to born with rythem when they dance), the thin line on the font signifies tribal marks has a means of identification in the old days.
Texture: Africa is known for her textiles that come in all shapes, size, and pattern and was implemented into the design to bring it closer to the home where the music genre was invented.Â

Contrast by size, shape, and color. it’s minimal poster inspired by the 2019 FORD Mustang and how they use contrast to show their strip trademark.

What I found interesting about this Magazine in the use of contrast and how it captures the eyes with the tone, cold and hot color and the retro feel to the design.
What’s interesting about the piece is the unity in the design and how the tone of the skin fits nicely with the background and the color of the shirt fits the top blue header frame of the magazine.
Secondly, this type used and layout, suggest that the contents of the magazine have to do with entertainment.
Overall it’s a good design,
LETTER TO MY LOVER
This Art Piece is Tringle/color. It’s a birds-eye view of a PAPER PLANE flying through the triangle-shaped clouds. I remember flying one of this as a kid. One time I folded a letter in form of a paper plane and flew it from my balcony window to the girl I liked next door in hopes that she got my letter.
I was also inspired by the postal system of how letters and packages are sent through air transport.
Inspired by the West African textile pattern from Ghana, I made two art pieces ( Triangle/ line and Triangle /shape). Another influence on the first piece (Triangle /line) is from a bird’s eye view of a motorway in relation to how the lanes are constructed and how the lanes are mirrored to look like the other.
The second piece is the triangle/ shape. it's an overall shapes triangle that is made visible with the bond of other triangles for form (bigger picture), strength, purpose, and stability. To show the importance of every shape I added a visual perspective.
Panda
Rectangle-shaped Panda Piece.
Night Fox
Triangle shaped REd Fox Piece. The beautiful scavenger. Night hunter. The exercise is to show contrast to the subject and the background. I made use of negative space and the idea is to represent how timid and also to show that the fox is an endangered species that needs to be saved.
Owl Iris:Â Nigher Hunter
Circle with linesÂ
Circle-Geometric owl iris piece. Nigher Hunter for this piece, I made a close-up monochrome of an Owls Iris with CIrcles and line.Â
