Here's my 2015 year end post! Haha. What can I say? 2015 has been a great year, better than recent years really. Learned so much about myself and others. Lived a way better/healthier life. Seen changes in myself mentally AND physically. From a Spartan race, 5k, getting back into golf, having adventures with good people and pretty much getting back into shape, it's been a great year! Thank you to all my family, #dirtydogzocr , #logc , #yoli and my friends that've been there and helped me through this year. It's been hard but I wouldn't change it! Can't wait to see 2016! #happynewyear2016

Ok last one. It was a great experience doing this race with these people! Through cramps and mustard packs, we still made it through! Thank you to all of the Dirty Dogz Vets that helped me and the rest of the first timers finish! It was something to remember! It hurt, but I wouldn't change the experience, we can only get stronger right? #spartanrace #spartan #AROO #dritydogz
