Considering Andrea is the heart of this blog, she gets like no love. And it’s super saddening. XD
the latina immediately sighs upon luisa’s exit, she truly wanted her to stay but it’s too late now. she’s climbing out of the shower, it only takes her a few minutes to dry off & get into her clothes, pulling her wet hair into a messy ponytail. time to face the music.
" luisa? i’m sorry. “
The red-head is attempting to find a matching pair of socks in the washing basket when the brunette slips out of the bathroom, though she doesn’t actually need the socks - it’s simply a distraction that she’s welcoming. She’s turning when the apology comes, confusion filtering across Luisa’s features. “You’re sorry? You didn’t do anything wrong. I’m sorry for barging in on you.” There’s the small hint of a rueful smile on her lips.
“ or you could stay. ” rosalie has no clue what has come over her, but there isn’t a second when she wants to retract those words & forget everything that’s happened. there was no need for luisa to run off, she’s already here. “ i want you to stay. “
She’s already halfway to the door when Rosalie speaks, and Luisa only quickly glancing in the other woman’s direction. “I-No, it’s okay.” She’d intruded, seen the girl’s initial uneasiness, and while she’s not sure why Rosalie is trying to get her to stay, but the redhead can’t shake her guilt.
rosalie hadn’t quite made herself comfortable with the thought of being naked in front of someone else, yet alone luisa. no matter what feelings she may have for this woman. if only she could rewind the clock & not sang her head off in the shower or allow herself the opportunity to prepare. either way she’s not angry, just embarrassed with rosy cheeks to show for it.
“ i can’t believe you heard that. i thought i locked the door? ” either she imagined herself doing so or the lock didn’t work as it should, biting down on her lower lip.
She can hear the unease in the woman’s voice, and Luisa bites her lip, suddenly regretting her decision to enter the bathroom in the first place. She should have just turned around, should have closed the door when she’d realised the other woman was in here. But she’d been drawn in by Rose’s singing, “Erm...apparently not?” Already, she is slipping off the counter, a frown tugging at her lips. “I’ll meet you in the kitchen.”
MEME cautuslupus ACCEPTING !!
“ making my way downtown… “
whatever has gotten rosalie in such a mood, during the early hours of the morning no less is by far something to hold onto. humming along to the song playing inside her head, eyes closed more tuned to what’s happening inside the shower than out of it.
“ and i need you… and i mi—- “
radiant hues open at the sound of a giggle, at first she hadn’t thought much of it until it grew louder. somebody was definitely in here with her & now she has to know who, hiding behind the glass door as she peers around it to look out. nearly slipping on the tiled floor when she sees just who it is.
“ l-luisa! how long have you been standing there? “
She hadn’t realised the other girl had been in the bathroom until she’d opened the door, the steam from the shower floating out the open door. Luisa slips in, though she knows she really shouldn’t be invading the other woman’s privacy as such. But she can’t see anything through the frosted glass, can only hear the song that rises from the brunette’s lips.
Her ass finds the counter, one of Luisa’s hands coming up to stifle the giggle that leaves her lips. Apparently it doesn’t work though, because a moment later, Rosalie’s head is popping out from behind the sliding door, the brunette looking beyond startled. “Oh...a few minutes?” There’s a hint of an apology in her tone, seeing how Rosalie slips.
Callie nodded, working quickly to pour two glasses, handing one off to the blond. Her smile is soft and affectionate as she mirrors the other woman’s movements, her elbows bracing on the counter. “So, how was your day?”
“Busy.” She takes the glass gently from the other woman, lifting it to her lips to take a sip before she expands. “Though, I don’t mind. I had a cute little boy come see my today.” A smile graces Aislinn’s lips at the memory of him, before her eyes lift back to Callie. “What about you? Save any other clumsy doctors today?” She’s teasing, reminding the brunette of how they’d met.
“Okay, I will act like I know what you are talking about but that does not explain why you are ignoring the question of explaining it to me.” JJ groans as she followed her long lost twin to the kitchen. She grabbed the wine glasses out and put water with lemon in her wine glass along with a few drops of red food coloring. Since she had started trying to get pregnant with her husband she started drinking things out of a wine glass when her husband was having wine so she did not feel left out. Sure, some believed that consuming alcohol was alright during this time but she had already had enough trouble getting pregnant and she was not about to take any chances. “Not sure what kind of wine you drink but we have white, red, and a few others I do believe.” bridgewater-wellness
“It’s not important.” Not exactly dinner conversation, or rather, nothing she is in the mood discuss at length. She places the plates on the counter, leaning against it, as she watches the other blonde move around the kitchen. “No, thanks. Just water.” She’s never been into alcohol, and even a glass of wine doesn’t tempt her, a shake of her head sending blonde strands shifting on her shoulders. “Is it just the two of us?” She’s not sure, but she’d picked out three plates just in case.
Callie’s grin is unrestrained – she was rather proud of her place, considering it was one of the few things she’d done for herself that didn’t have her father’s hand on it, someway. “I’m glad you like it,” she hummed, slipping past the blond toward the kitchen, unable to resist trailing her fingers across Aislinn’s back as she did. “Would you like a glass of wine?”
There’s a shiver down her spine at the brush of the fingers and Aislinn turns, realizing that she’s sort of ignoring the woman, a sheepish smile on her lips. “Um, a small one.” Aislinn isn’t a huge drinker, but half a glass is not outside the limits of her temptation. The blonde wanders close to the kitchen after the other woman, leaning against the counter.
Callie hummed in answer, tossing her keys and purse onto the table beside the door before giving the blonde her full attention. “It is. I take it you like it?” She asked, her tone slightly teasing as an eyebrow arched.
A light laugh escapes the blonde as she nods, still letting her eyes rake over it. “It’s gorgeous.” Nothing like her own, that‘s for sure. Aislinn tents to collect random items that she finds make her smile, and they don’t always have any relation to each other. This apartment is much more sleek than her own.
Andrea. "What do you mean by that? How much longer are you going to be? Dinner is almost ready."
“You know what I mean.” Really, dinner is an excuse not to go over it again, and Andrea glances over her shoulder at the other blonde. “I’m done, I’m done.” She ushers JJ back towards the kitchen, bending to grab plates from the cabinet.

“This is your place?” Two dinner dates, four lunch dates and more impromptu coffee breaks than she can count has lead to an invitation back to the brunette’s apartment, which Aislinn has to admit, is much nice than her own.
