We can do a dinner or something if y'all are interested in an event tonight. But it's up to y'all! We can do 7ish, maybe?
The planes will be leaving the airport at 12:40, y'all are free to ride with who you'd like. Same procedure as last time. The planes will be landing at 4:00PM EST, and I should be done/home by then, if not feel free to proceed without me.
I'll be at the hospital this morning, so I'll be around once I'm home. But today y'all travel back to Bridgewood so that's majority of today's agenda. Like the plane ride there, I'm not going to keep you all on the plane all day, it'll be from 12:00 - 4:00 again. And a post will be made right before the planes leave. There are no assigned planes so feel free to sit with who you want and all that this time around.

I am finishing up the schedule, and that will be posted by tonight. But as usual, it’s Monday so it’s a free/development day. I’m online doing the things I said I would do yesterday in regards to the page and bios. I have a few things I want to touch on, but I’ll do those later, as well as an unfollow list. New Zealand herb crusted rack of lamb, resting on a bed of pearlised cous cous with spring vegetables and a drizzle of tamarind balsamic reduction
Beef Rending (slow cooked Balinese dry curry), served with ginger, coconut infused basmati rice and a side of Asian salsa
Linguini zucchini with pistachio pesto jumbo prawns topped with a parmesan lace wafer
Pan seared Ahi tuna encrusted with Japanese seasoning and sesame seeds, on a bed of soba noodles tossed in a wasabi mayo sauce, with a garnish of Wakame seaweed salad
Porchini dry encrusted fillet mignon on a bed of roasted garlic smashed potatoes with a confetti of oven roasted grape tomatoes, leeks and shitake mushrooms, with a drizzle of port wine reduction sauce
Grilled Caribbean lobster on a bed of traditional peas and rice with a pineapple relish, and plantain crisp garnish
Herb crusted pork tenderloin, stuffed with fresh herbs,onion and garlic, on a bed of potato galette stacks with a rosemary mango glaze and pan seared baby bok choi

Feel free to continue with pictures, and begin mingling with one another. Once the food menu is posted and the boat’s been going for a while, we’ll probably start on with some games/activities. Enjoy yourselves, get a drink but don’t go all 365 on us, please.
TONIGHT’S VENUE!
The SS Bridgewood. A three level boat with a hot tub, swimming pool, a full equipped kitchen, and rooms for those to lounge and rest in. There is also an open bar, a dance floor, enough room to comfortable house every body going on the ride. Tonight you will just travel the open waters, enjoy a meal, and have a good time among your peers. Food and drink menu soon come.
THE CARS WILL BE LEAVING TO BRING YOU ALL TO THE DOCK IN TEN MINUTES. THEN THE BOAT WILL BE SAILING OFF AT 7:45PM.
THE YACHT PARTY WILL START TONIGHT @ 7:00!
So feel free to do as you wish until then. I planned some shopping for earlier, but we can always reschedule that before we leave here. Good afternoon though, y’all! THE SECOND PLATTER!
This next platter is all about which meats (or veggies for the vegans) taste good with which wines. Prepared are different cuts of steaks sampled and served with more types of red wine. Cabernet Sauvignon, and Spanish Rioja pair the best, and we'd like to gauge you all's opinion on the matter.
WELCOME TO THE CAVA!
Upon arrival everyone is given a small cup of sorbet, so they can cleanse their palettes before beginning. As everyone gets situated and seated they begin to bring out the platters for everyone with the starting set up. Each platter is brought out with an array of crackers, cheese, grapes and a two different glasses of wine. One is a Merlot, Tua Rita Redigaffi Toscana to be exact. And the other is a Zinfandel, Pinot Noir.
