why can’t i focus on my work?

i don’t understand. it’s like, i know what i have to get done and even how to do it, but as soon as i start it, i just think about something else and want to do something else.

right now all i feel is tired and sad and i just want to cry in hopes that it’ll make me feel better. you know, feel better about my body. feel better about my job. feel better about my relationships with people. feel better about myself.

for now, i guess i’ll just watch the bachelorette. 

and try to feel not guilty eating the kogi beef tacos my babe and i are making for dinner tonight.

he would tell me it’s going to be okay. and i know he’s right. so for now, that’s all i need i suppose.
