I’m with you 100%!! maybe it’s not that deep but I just had to mute so many accounts on twitter because I’ve noticed it’s consistently the same accounts who coincidentally post info that was pointed out/reported on here merely minutes prior. and I think the reason why it bothers ME so much is because I have come across so many tumblr accounts who kindly share their experiences meeting/seeing the wacklins and specifically asking not to share their content on twitter/other platforms and then almost immediately it’s on twitter where they’re being asked where they got it from and replying “tumblr” or completely ignoring bc they know they took it without permission. like these people either lack basic human decency or can’t read. and then rightfully so, botg people don’t wanna share anymore because they know it’s only a matter of minutes before it’s everywhere. tumblr is A LOT less mainstream than majority of other platforms and it’s a 99.999999% chance these athletes aren’t on here vs twitter where they mostly all have burners. Like I don’t wanna act like a keeper of public information but to me it’s just way more fun knowing there’s a place you can share and discuss without it going triple platinum on a site they could easily see it.

dont even get me started when things here (stuff that are meant to stay locked on tumblr) gets posted on tiktok!! a platform where i do think majority of these athletes are active. like the way my jaw dropped when its just minutes where we talked about the wacklins and lynn canyon and them boom when i scrolled on my fyp, a video was posted about it just two mins ago.

like if i were mack and will and i kept out shit super tight like a mega volt, i’d burst too if i saw our thing blasted on tiktok or everywhere else (like i know thats the downside of being a semi public figure BUT for the life of us, they’re just hockey figures who happens to blow up yet at the end of the day they all have private lives!!)
