You have to deal with this. No, I don't.
The Prodigal Son virtual season
Once upon a time a group of writers came together to continue a series digitally that had been cancelled. It was called a digital season. For anyone curious, it was for The Sentinel tv show. Hosted on a custom website, they even went so far as to create made up ads.
The plan is to do 13 stories, all about 5,000-10,000 words each. They will be as canon compliant as possible.
Right now I'm not planning on exploring any romantic relationships besides those that are already fully canon (For example yes Gil/Jessica, JT and Trish, hints at Malcolm/Dani, but nothing beyond what we see in the series)
If you're interested please DM me or comment on this post.
More information to follow and currently there are 11 stories up for grabs.
This is the worst cooking show ever.
Okay! I'm an absolute hands down glutton for punishment.

The concept was simple, each fic was about 10,000-20,000 words and worked in a cohesive pattern. The Gen version is lost to time, but the slash version is still up. (It's wonderful for any TS fandom people who've never heard of it)
I would, crazy person that I am, like to do something similar with Prodigal Son.
So this is a first call for writers or ideas that anyone has. Go ahead and add to this post if you're interested or DM me if you're shy.
This is super disorganized right now, however I'm hoping to get something together by the fall (as though we were doing an actual season)

Honestly, I might end up fully writing this alone, which is totally okay. However, I know I'm not the only one still heartbroken at the cancellation and I thought other writers might be interested.
Why can't you come stitch me up? Why can't it ever be enough?
Martin to Malcolm
ainsley being the family golden child at the start of the show then slowly losing it as martin comes back in the picture and changes the family dynamic...delicious

Oh, I could never have imagined that he was killing people. Maybe it's the shame or the fear, but I should have known. I let him get away with this. I enabled him.
When I put myself in danger to find a killer, I'm not thinking about me. I'm thinking about them. The victims.

and Cain says
remember when the preview for internal affairs came out and we saw gil tell malcolm “get the hell out of my precinct” and we were all ready to kill him over it
You know how many times he's tried to convince me I'm just like him? It's not a compliment. It's just another form of abuse.
