Many people entered the castle
“Yep, Man in the Moon.” Jack nodded slightly. “He’s an asshole.” he stated bluntly, surprised to hear the curse leave his own mouth. “He’s the one who chooses the people like me, the ones who can’t be seen unless you believe in them. He drops you here, tells you your name, and goes mute. To busy for us insignificant little insects.” he said bitterly. He hadn’t meant to start ranting, and felt bad about making her listen, but when he started it all came tumbling out.
Gwen was listening to Jack with her eyes widening with surprise. “And why does he do this?" she asked. “Why does he choose those people and how does he do it?" she added, specifying her question a little. “And isn’t there a way to make him stop?"
"I have no idea how he chooses us. Just makes us out of the blue if it suits his needs, I guess. Really don't know how, just sort of does. Snaps his fingers and here I am." Jack answered. "Don't know why either. Most of us actually do something though. They bring joy to kids. Not any way to stop him.. But what use that would do is beyond me. Probably manage to do some more bad than good." he said. Jack wasn't a big fan of MiM, or like him whatsoever. Though he knew, however barely, that he did some good for kids.
