My 3-minute festive oatmeal because it was 45*F this morning. โ Which for this Caribbean girl, is freezing! So easy: 1. In a bowl, add 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and 1 teaspoon coconut sugar. 2. Add 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk, stir, and microwave for a minute and a half. 3. Add your flavor profiles! I added 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon of my favorite protein powder in cinnamon swirl, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and my secret ingredient - coffee creamer! Adds a touch of sweetness and richness from the cream. I love the natural vanilla. 4. Top with your favorites. ๐ I added sliced banana, peanut butter, toasted pumpkin seeds and pomegranate seeds. Almost all my ingredients were picked up from @Walgreens! #ad #walgreens

Pre-workout snackkkk! ๐ฏ Working out hungry or on an empty stomach (especially for weights) leaves me depleted, so I always get something in before. Today's just happens to be pretty. ๐๐๐ This chai chia pudding was 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, about 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and a scoop of @juvo_rejuvonate_yourself Chai Vanilla! If I'm lazy, I'll make a protein shake but if I'm hungry (#hangry) then I'll add some Juvo ๐๐ฑ Basically an organic raw meal so you coulddd take it as a meal replacement but I have it as a nutritional snack.
