A review of the bh Cosmetics x Carli Bybel palette: If you are a fan a warm toned palettes, this one's for you ❤️ these shadows and highlighters are soft, blendable, and highly pigmented. There is about of kick-up, but nothing that can't be worked with. The shades are gorgeous and there is a great mix of mattes and shimmers, which means this is palette is perfect for making a complete look all on its own. The highlighters also mix perfectly with the shadows, so they can either help tie the eyes and face together, or be used as shimmer shadows as well. This palette is well-worth the money for the quality and is a must-have for my warm-toned beauties out there! ❤️

As my gorgeous Marine and I just celebrated our 2nd anniversary, I thought I'd take a minute to post some of our bridal photos in order to show off my drugstore bridal look, done completely by yours truly! Our day was a dream and the makeup was classic! Win/win 😘

Lighting in these pictures is awful...but THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST FOUNDATION I'VE EVER USED. Let's talk about it. I was PUMPED to try this foundation out. I'm a full coverage junkie and this foundation promises that. It's a tad pricey for drugstore (I picked mine up at Drug Emporium for around $11) but I was willing to pay that for what I thought it was. When I sat down to try it, the consistency shocked me. The foundation feels slightly whipped but intensely thick...an odd combination and very hard to describe. When I applied it on my face, it first went in with my Y6 brush by Morphe to blend it out and....IT WIPED IT COMPLETELY OFF MY FACE. This foundation is so freaking thick that it completely wiped off as I was trying to blend it. I thought maybe that if I switched to a beauty sponge, I would get a better result...which I did, but not much. The product would blend in some places, but wipe off in others. I looked like a patchy hot MESS. My other products refused to blend on top of this foundation. What little foundation actually blended out completely sloughed off within about two hours. What a waste of money. Such a disappointment. Blah. But hey...if this worked for you, get it girl! As for me...it's hitting the trash can 😜
