What does Lyov think of Franz and Fritz’s kinda friends with benefits situation? 👀

He's cool with it :) the medics got drunk and slept together before Franz and Lyov had confessed to each other <3 and from there the medics just kinda......*shrugs*. They're best friends, their heavies treat each other like family, and they mess around when its funny or stupid like losing a bet. After BLU Franz and Lyov are neighbors with Ivan and Fritz and share a garden. Lyov knows him and Franz are made for each other, husbands that complete each other, and when Lyov goes, Franz goes with him. ❤️

He thinks the tiny doctor is funny and sweet.
