Here are a few shots of my mum doing things around the house. i like these images because they’re natural like documentary shots as she isn’t paying attention to the camera and her facial expression is showing concentration. the composition and lighting is great in these shots, really brings out the detail and contrasts well together

Here are a few shots i took of my mum, sisters boyfriend and his nan on her birthday. i like these shots because they’re like natural family snapshots, slightly documentary as they’re all natural, i like the composition as it’s realistic and taken well, i also like their facial expressions as they’re natural as i’ve caught them in the moment talking, singing and smiling.

Here are a couple shots of my mum and dog quite natural shots i think. i like these images because of the way my mum is looking at the dog stroking her showing the bond between them as the dog sits with her. the composition and lighting is also strong too and i like the way i’ve captured the shots quite naturally as my mums expressions is naturally happy.

Here are a few portraits i took of my mum some are posed and some are natural. i like these shots because some are in great focus and are detailed so it makes them more effective, the composition and lighting is strong as it seems quite natural and documentary. i tried a few different locations around the house.

Here are a few shots i took of my dog Bonnie at different locations, they’re all natural but she loves the camera so she looks a little posed too! i really like the composition and lighting in these shots and think they’re really strong and effective especially if you like dogs!

Here are a few images from my most recent project, I have experimented mainly with different, unusual and colourful lighting techniques. I wanted to try and show her identity in different, mysterious and appealing ways. I like the eerie tone they have.

Here are a few images from my most recent project, I have experimented with different came techniques, creating the images to become extremely blurred, also using bright bold unusual strong coloured lighting to make them stand out.
