And now a plague of insects has forced Broadripple students out of their dorms and into cabins in Lorehill Woods, an infamous place in student stories. Hey guys, as some of you already know, the part of the world where the admins are from is in the midst of a resurgence of COVID-19 and a lot of things are changing around us. We have tried our best to maintain things during this challenging time but we have decided that for the benefit of the group as well as for our own well-being, it’s best if we put Broadripple on hiatus until our situation is more certain or at the very least, more manageable.

We appreciate the support of everybody who has sent us a kind message and we appreciate all of the members that made Broadripple such a wonderful group to be a part of. We’re wishing you all the best and sending you all of our love and we hope to see you again soon and continue writing our stories together in the future.

do you have an age limit for fcs?

FCs have to be a minimum of 18 years old and though we don’t have a maximum age per se, we just ask that you use reasonable discretion when picking an actor to portray your teenage character.

Can I apply for two characters straight away?

Absolutely! You’re more than welcome to apply for two characters right off the bat, any grade, any house, any gender!

do you have events?

Yes we do! The latest of our group events/activities is on BA-Central rather than on our main page because progression of the plot drop depends on member collaboration. In a sort of ‘choose your own adventure’ style, we have given players a basic overview of events and its the independent reactions/actions of students that will shape how this particular plot drop turns out.

On top of that, we do have regular events as well, our first event was bonfire night when the students first moved into their new accommodation. We’ll definitely have more simple ‘time and place’ events like this in the future.

Nope, this plot opportunity is open to everyone so you can just go ahead and post! Whether that be an open starter or a closed starter – keeping in mind we are limiting everyone to ONE open starter per MUN for this opportunity. Very, very glad to hear someone has found one (or more than one?). I was starting to wonder if I hid them too well. Do you know who left them yet?

ORION CARLSON our HERO FIENNES TIFFIN is looking for a SECRET EX-GIRLFRIEND who looks like ALEXA DEMIE, ASLIHAN MALBORA, BARBIE FERREIRA, BRITTANY O’GRADY, HALEY LU RICHARDSON, HAYLEY LAW, HUNTER SCHAFER, JOEY KING, MILENA TSCHARTKE, NATASHA LIU-BORDIZZO, RYAN DESTINY, SIMONE ASHLEY, OR UTP.

They dated during their junior year, but no one knew about it, for whatever reason (i.e. very religious parents, ran in different circles, initially disliked each other and was too embarrassed to admit it to their classmates, etc.). They had a very messy breakup right before the Retreat, and I imagine they’re currently avoiding each other on campus. All in all, there’s a potential for a lot of angst, so bring me all of your ideas!

Rion lived with his mother until he was 12 in Maine, but got remarried and sent him to live with her sister (his aunt) in NYC. Therefore, he holds a lot of resentment towards his mother for abandoning him for a new family. Whether or not your muse lives with his mother and your muse’s parent is totally up to you!
