@ Dylas || u remind me of the babe
Bo sniffled, wiping her tears on her arm. The man standing before her looked so… strange. But in a fluffy way! She had never seen someone that looked so fluffy before.
"Um… Not… here," she said, nibbling thoughtfully on her fingertip as she glanced about. Now that she thought about it, she didn’t remember what her home was called. "It has lotsa flowers ‘n a lil stream nearby. It’s kinda small, for a town. But… I don’t remember what it’s called…"
Still looking lost and confused, she at least stopped crying long enough to look up at the man’s fluffy ear-like things. “Are you a lamby?”
He rubbed his hair. Well, that could literally be anywhere. Help.. who would be able to help..? Gah, he didn't know- Maybe Venti would have known what to do, but.. well, she wasn't around right now. "Well, I don't know how much I can help you kid." He knelt down a bit to get a better look at the lost child. Seemed to be a.. girl from what he gathered, and for some reason wearing some much too big clothes.
He looked a bit dumbfounded at the young girl's question. "Wha- no of course I'm not-- I mean, I'm a stallion, not a wooly." That's what she meant right? He was pretty sure.
*oh man, crying child, what do*
"E-excuse me m-mister," Bo stuttered, clutching some flowers close to herself. "I’m lost. I-I don’t know where my sister went… C-Can you help me?"
"I erm-- Ah-" he stuttered along. How was he supposed to know what to do with small children? The closest he got to interacting with one was Amber. Or maybe Kiel. "Ah.." He scratches his face a bit. "Where.. uh, are you from?" He hasn't seen this kid before; did they wander from a different town?
-chuckles- Someone's trying to touch your butt? That's great.
Shut up-
what was ur relationship like with ur parents
I don't have those. They're gone.
wanna touch my butt? i'll touch yours if you touch mine
No-
are you really a gelding?
NO-- Who told you that? Was it that dumbass dwarf!?
do u like rihanna's song 'pony'
Are you making fun of me-
Gimme gimme gimme
"U-Um…Dylas!" she calls vehemently. She wasn’t exactly sure, but he seemed a bit down, more-so than usual. Had a fish gotten away from him while fishing…?In no way was she capable of proper affection to others, other than her brother, but she felt she must do something for the brooding man. What was it that most people did in these situations anyway? She briefly recalls holding Kiel once when he was smaller when he dropped his new journal into the stream. Maybe Dylas needed the same kind of comfort.Without saying anything further, she slowly embraced him for a moment before jolting back. "I, um…Cheer up!"
"Hm--" He was taken by surprise by the sudden embrace from Forte, despite the fact that it was very brief.
"I- erm- ahh.. I will? I mean- Uh.."
He gave the dragon knight another glance as she spoke to him. He blinked before giving a bit of a gruff sound of acknowledgement. “Hey,” he simply replied as a greeting. He watched his line bob lightly in the water, waiting for something to take the bait. “Pike, char, and rainbow trout,” he said pretty bluntly. He wasn’t much for conversation after all.
She noticed his short answers and took it well. Often she would feel the same if she didn’t want to talk and was on serious duties for Lady Ventuswill. Offering a smile, she watched as he fished, something he did so well. She was curious as to how…
He went about his business fishing while the dragon knight watched. At least she wasn't talking, so it was relatively peaceful. He focused his eyes on the bobber as it was splashed around by the miniature waves. It wasn't long before he got a bite, and he skillfully pulled it in. Looked like a char. He smirked a bit as he looked to it, and then put it in the bucket he brought along. But he realized Forte was still watching him. "What is it?"
Happy Chinese New Year from hmsisters! Have a Fab Dylas New Year! Card made by Mazzy. :) -selphia
Dylas was walking towards the usual spot where he likes to go fishing in town. That stream usually had plentiful fish in it, and he usually never went back to Porcoline empty handed. As he approached the stream, he saw Forte looking at the stream from the bridge. He didn’t care so long as she didn’t scare the fish away. Plopping himself down on the edge of the stream, he cast out his line into the water.
Jumping at the realization he was there, she looked to him. “Dylas, you’re so quiet…You scared me!” Seeing as this felt like an inappropriate way to greet him, she changed her words. “I mean…It’s good to see you out today! What are you catching today?” She was sincere as she could be to cover her rude introduction.

Forte sighed heavily as she sat upon the edge of a bridge in town. She kicked her feet a bit, looking down at the stream below her. Various fish swam about in groups. She was usually very good about having time to herself, but today seemed off. It was much more quiet and inactive in town than it usually was. It was almost a bit lonely…

Hey, what're you looking at?
Your eyebrows.
Well stop it-!
Just the reaction I was expecting.
Sh-shut up, what’re you even going on about??
What are you getting so mad about, horsie? I’m just playing around.
DON’T CALL ME THAT—
You’re the one who’s talking nonsense! *huffs*
You get so mad, it’s entertaining. I can’t help myself.
I'm not here to entertain you, damn fox!
