I was on and off with this kid in my school. He called it off a couple weeks ago. I feel so sad &' like everything reminds me of him. But what I don't understand is why I miss him so much if he was a jerk.

Because you became attached to him and your heart is holding on to those things you liked about him and its refusing to believe otherwise.

I was dating this guy and during one of our date, I saw hickey marks on his neck. I asked him what it was and after since then, things hadn't be the same. I don't really know what I should do now. Should I leave him or should I still hold on to him? I still love him though 😞

You let go. If you didn't give those hickeys then its clear he doesn't love you or fully want to be with you. For your own sake and respect you have to walk away because never allow yourself to be treated as second best.

There's this guy I think I'm in love with, and I thought he liked me too. But over the summer we kinda grew apart, for lack of better words. Today he was walking right next to me in the hall for several minutes; last year, he would have talked to me. Today, he totally ignored me and even talked to another girl. How do I get back to where we were? I miss it so bad.

Well if he's acting like that girl there's no going back. If he wanted to he would talk to you. You've done more than enough and you deserve happiness and not to be ignored.

How do you get over someone who you've loved for over two years but broke your heart two weeks ago and ignores you as if you weren't there

It takes time but I'd try get rid of a lot of physical things which remind you of him/her. I suggest delete their number and remove them from your social media because it will be hard if they keep popping up. Just try avoid them as much as you can and go out and be with people who make you happy. Last thing you want is to be all alone because that will make you go crazy. Even though it's hard try look at the positives and try to smile you're beautiful.

I've liked this guy for 3 years and basically he was really amazing but he never knew I liked him. Last year was when I started to get really flirty with him, and during the summer I DMed him on Instagram asking if he wanted to do something (as friends, with other people), but he never responded. Honestly you just need to focus on yourself. What makes you happy and surround yourself with people that make you forget about the negatives. I suggest that you become one with yourself and over time you will eventually move on.

Ouch that's painful. What he did to you is absolutely unacceptable. He led you on and that's the worst. I am sorry that you had your heart broken by someone but at least that's only going to make you stronger. Sometime in the future you're going to look back and think that it was worth the heart break because he isn't the one for you.

he broke my heart over text, after 5 months. the last time I saw him I dodged his kiss and made him kiss my forehead, idk why though. because now I wish I'd let him kiss me. i should have treasured those kisses. I don't know why it still hurts, probably because I still feel his lips on mine. it's been 4 months and I'm still broken.

Girl it takes a long time to get over heartbreak for some people but it's okay and perfectly normal to feel this way. Someday you will find the perfect one for you but in the meanwhile I would suggest you get out and do whatever you want to which makes you happy and find yourself again.

Getting over heartbreak is the worst. But for me I just spent time restoring myself. I focussed on what made me happy so I got into reading books on spirituality which really got me connected with myself. Also I started to love myself. Instead of standing in front of the mirror and criticizing myself I used to give love to myself. Before you get into another relationship be on a high level of self love whereby you don't need a guy to define your beauty.

He told me I was like a sister to him. I love him, but it's not a sisterly love. He is in love with her, she is perfect, and I hate that I can't hate her for it. She's nicer than me, prettier, and all around perfect. I'm just a friend, a sister, someone to joke around with, but he has no idea how much I want to kiss him everytime we are together. Why can't he look at me, the way he looks at her, the way I look at him... I don't know what to do...

Listen first of all you have all the qualities she has. You are beautiful inside and out. Please don't be so negative about yourself. Sometimes you fall for certain people and they happen to love someone else but that doesn't mean your any less perfect than that girl. Sadly we can't always get who we want but there's always someone out there who will love every inch of you and love you for who you are. You'll find him someday you just have to be patient and when the time us right it will happen. Meanwhile focus on the things that make you happy and love yourself.

I like him but we've almost never talked. I fell in love with his laugh and the way he puts his hands in his pockets when he's nervous. I love hearing his voice. I really wish I had an excuse to talk to him but we don't see each other much. Hopefully next year in school we will have more classes together. Sorry that wasn't really a question or anything I just really needed to let that out.

Aw I hope you get the chance to speak to him and it works out. Remember to not forget and lose yourself in the process.

If you feel that you made the right decision then it isn't bad. At the end of the day you make decisions for your own self so what others think shouldn't matter.
