           the clacking of the female’s heeled shoes sounded more like thunder and the snap had to be the small veins of cracks that she had to have been making in the pavement. the small bullets of rain that were littering her skin were heard sizzling as her blood reached a boiling point. she was clad in a fitted black dress, tailored for her body, perfect for a dinner date      how unfortunate that she had been ‘stood up;’ verbatim. ❝ wow, i’d rather not be cat-called in the dead of       ❞ her eyes went quite wide, you. ❝ you made me look like a fool. waiting for an hour. ❞ avery’s hands became small fists; knowing she couldn’t hurt someone but it had to be worth something.
