Hey Everyone, an Update.

So the countdown for moving out is upon us. I still have roughly three more months to go, but I'm starting to collect pieces for the move. I picked up this old French Provincial style nightstand that I'll be redoing soon, so keep an eye out for that. 

Anyway, if there's anything you all want to see, recipes to recreate, diy things to do etc, just send me a message. :D

Healthier Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Recipe

How delicious are these little calorie bombs? They are absolutely divine. I wish I could eat an entire cookie sheet full, but I'd probably hate myself afterward. Here's a recipe that will let you eat more of these delicious suckers, without feeling as guilty later. (Though I don't recommend eating a whole tray regardless!)

Ingredients: 

2 tbsp. light butter, melted

2 gloves of garlic (roasted optional)

1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley or 2 tbsp. dried

A little white wine (optional)

2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick

1 cup of grated fat-free cheddar cheese

2/3 cup fat-free milk

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. I've found that tin foil works just as well, just grease it a little with Pam.

In a large bowl, combine Bisquick mix, cheese, and one clove of garlic. Stir in milk and mix well. Using heaping spoonfuls, drop batter on to cookie sheet and bake for ten minutes. Should be enough for about 12 biscuits. 

While these are baking, combine butter, remaining garlic, and parsley in a sauce pan. Add wine if desired. Saute on low heat for about a minute. Remove from heat and add parsley. Brush biscuits with butter mixture and bake for an additional five minutes or until the tops are golden brown

Nutritional Information: Serving Size: 1 biscuit • Calories: 95 • Fat: 2 g • Carbs: 14 g • Fiber: 0.5 g • Protein: 8 g

So I'm experimenting with some new crafting ideas and trying to draft some drawings for prints and such. I'll put a link to my shop once I get it all set up, but I'm pretty excited.
