“I prefer the classics. I couldn’t care less about the new stuff they’ve put out.” She hung up the phone without saying goodbye. Brooklyn new he would probably talk for another 30 minutes about how he was right before he realized she’d hung up. “Well there’ll never be a better cast than the classic one, that’s for sure.” Logan mostly agreed with the woman’s opinion, aside from the fact that she did like the latest new films. “Have you seen any of the new stuff though?”
Brooklyn shrugged. “I like the new stuff just fine, but it doesn’t feel quite the same. I haven’t seen Rogue One at all, and I’m not really planning to.” When it came to most movies, Brooklyn was more about the scenery than the story, she always had been. She loved the movies, she watched as much as she could, even the one she wasn’t sure she would like, but she loved the aesthetics more than most of the dialogue nowadays. “It just doesn’t feel... as epic. If that makes sense.”
