“ – I dunno, it’s tempting to play hard to get if I’m gonna get cake every time you catch up with me.” Winking at him quickly, she leans to press a kiss to his jaw. “Feel like I owe you dessert now, though …” By which she means … she’d missed him too. “You weren’t planning on dropping off cake and taking off again, were you?”

    “It’s up there in my top three, alongside ‘yoghurt’ and ‘discombobulate’. Stromboli is also a good word.”     He smiled softly and twisted a beaded bracelet around his wrist to busy himself, a hum escaped when she pressed that kiss to his jaw and it quickly turned into a short and quiet chuckle almost like he was thankful for it. He’d been far too busy lately, in between work and Archie starting a new school, he’d barely had time to stop for breath. Which meant he’d been neglectful of the people that mattered... He hoped the cake made up for it.   “Well, I got time. My brother is kidsitting the dude so... I’m pretty much all yours if you’ll have me.”

bash middle names tony all the time but i feel like he never uses his real name, because he’s a dork. he has like a million names for his son so i feel like he probably does the same for tony.  some names include:  spud kid antonius marigold stark antonio tiger lily  anthony edward stark the first. i feel like this is how bash shows affection.
