Have you heard of aquafaba? No, it’s no special art material. It’s the magic that turns some ordinary chickpea water into delicious mousse au chocolat. Yes really, for a perfect vegan mousse au chocolat you just need to whip the liquid you find in a cheakpea can and mix it with melted chocolate, then put it in the fridge for some hours and then enjoy it with the people you like most!

Habt ihr schon mal von Aquafaba gehört? Nein, das ist kein besonderes Künstlermaterial. Das ist die Magie, die gewöhnliches Kichererbsenwasser in köstliche Mousse au Chocolat verwandelt. Okay, update first :-

It’s been a great summer, with ups and downs.

Now I’m at ETH Zürich, studying Electical Engineering.

Dreams can really come true.

I love it here!!

But- and that’s the reason I took a glimpse at my tumblr account..

- it is really stressful and demanding.

You get a lot but you have to give a lot.

The things I’ve already learned.. amazing.

But you have to work. Really mean it and push through.

Never the less, I really enjoy being here and appreciate the possibilities available.

I guess, make the most out of it!!
