Customer Review:
By John Smith: This is a great product, no one technique or approach is going to provide an all around conditioning routine – you have to mix it up, cardio, free weight, DIET – did I mention diet…
I have exercised religiously for 40+ years, completed 20+ marathons and competed in countless Triathlons and Biathlons and I feel this is a product I would have ignored as a ‘fad’ a few years ago.
As I got older core strength has become important, so I re-evaluated this kind of product and this is the best of the ones of similar design. It is very well made and references to balance and such are just not true, it works fine no balance issues.
Added to my abdominal crunch routine this is a solid work out, use it correctly and you will ‘hit’ those muscle groupings that are high in the abdomen and sides, that I think are tough to focus on with other ‘core strengthening’ approach.
For anyone who says this is not a good product for its intended use, I’d question their motivation – there was mention of some digital negative campaign against this product, I have no clue about this. I can only state it is priced correctly and gives a good zoned work out.
I do think you have to be initially in reasonable shape – if you are 100 pounds overweight, you will struggle AT FIRST, so combining diet and walking makes sense. I see this as a refinement device once you have reached a certain basic level of fitness, it’s not a ‘one stop shop’ weight loss product – common sense would seem to tell anyone this!
Hope this helps…
