So I have at least an hour to ‘relax’ until basketball training continues and the match season prep begins. I have no idea what to do with myself since I’m so use to focusing on keeping my feet moving while bouncing a ball down a court which is sometimes slippery. Do I just stare at the floor? the ceiling? or just continue drinking until I need to piss? This break thing is a new thing for me, if nobody can tell. 

That was a lot. I think you just sit back and chill out for a few minutes. A break is good for you. Maybe pop a xanex considering how all over the place this post is.

Starting My diet/ work out today I have decided to do what was told of me to achieve better job opportunities. My head is a mess a right now with worrying that I won’t reach the target weight that they expect of me. I hope I could pull this off… Can’t do much about the height.. But I CAN try to lose the weight.

How much do they think you should weigh? And who even is “they?” You’ve always looked good. I highly doubt you need to lose more than a few pounds.
