I'm probably going to get bashed but fuck this.

Mama 2019 was bullshit, so many groups were robbed like svt not getting the best performance award? Yall fucked up, we all know, the entire kpop community knows that svt was the one deserving it, whether you stan them or not it's an abolished truth in kpop and yall gave it to boy with love. Now don't get me wrong, the first boy group that I listened to was BTS with war of hormones, it was my first ever come back/entry in Kpop, and I loved bts for such a long time until their fan base became so toxic that I had to stop listening or following their activities. I still always and will always listen to their new tracks, I'm always going to be happy seeing them how and where they are at their concerts, recognising how far they've come, I'll always melt and have a sense of pride when I'll see them cry of happiness/emotion at their concerts, bc I've saw their growth and was attached to them. But I have to say that BTS did not deserve the best performance award and yall know that, BTS won everything and it definitely was not surprising but not all deserving either.

Come and bash me if you want but we all know that MAMA is only a show of power and fandoms, and either you like it or not, the ones with the bigger fanbases are going to win everything, the effort/work and quality is not even seen anymore, not trying to shade bts work bc they are amazing artists and performers, but svt deserves that award. Ateez deserved rookie of the year, have you seen the amount of comebacks they had? The stage presence they have, yes txt are amazing as well but you can't deny that they won thanks to their bigger fandom.

Monsta X, Got7, Ateez, SVT and many other artists were robbed that night and MAMA is getting boring as years go by, the performances are still incredible, but it's never going to be like it used to be and that's very saddening.

Once again bash me if you want, I am in no way shaming bts or anything, I'm repeting myself but they are established artists that I do recognize the talent and that I used to stan and will always have affection for them, nor am I trying to bash txt either bc their last comeback has been on repeat in my playlist, I'm just stating my opinion and stating how sad I am for those robbed groups that worked just as much as your favorite groups.
