Philip laughed as he scrunched his nose, as a massive smile erupted on his lips, “Am not!” He insisted as he brought his face closer to James, their little crinkly noses touching. “You’re an evil genius, that’s for sure!” Philip teased as he gently pressed another kiss to the top of James’s nose. But as soon as he heard the game start, Phillip turned right around and knew that he had to completely destroy James. 

James stopped the game the second he countdown finished. “Okay, that is it. You are evil and play dirty!” He said putting his controller down, and turning to face Phil. “Putting yourself n my lap is one thing! But kissing my nose is uncalled for! And just rude!” He huffed crossing his arms trying his best to look angry.

Phil only laughed, his nose scrunching up as he smiled largely, as seeing James happy was the reason for his own happiness. “Oh really? That’s a deal!” He laughed, but his laughter only grew as he saw James start to dribble a bit of water out of his mouth, obviously laughing too hard. “Exactly. I’m just all too intimidating, it’s a mystery why this girl one time at work called me an actual sunshine. I’m just the recreation of satan, in all honesty.” Phil said all too sarcastically 

James smiled covering his face. There was something about Phil that made him extremely happy. Sometimes just looking at the older male made his heart burst from happiness. He shrugged, shaking his head of his wondering thoughts. “That and because I love you.” He replied smiling fondly at Phil. What James really wanted to do was shout it from the rooftops about how in love he actually was. “Because when you smile, it’s lights up the whole world? because your eyes have this twinkle to them? Because your laugh is infectious, and could cure world hunger? But you’re right actual satan.”

“Is there anyway that i’m able to get a coupon on somethin’? This is me we are talking about after all.” Phil playfully pouted before breaking into a full out grin at James’s words, just something about him confirming his attraction was just… heartwarming. “Good, but even if anyone was after you, i’ve got these.” He laughed, lifting up his arms and flexing his nonexistent biceps, “bad boys.. no one wants to meet these guys in a dark alley.”

James laughed, not being able to not laugh while in Phil’s presence. The other male just had hat effect over him, and he was perfectly fine with it. “For you since your cute, I’ll do it free of charge.” He replied smiling. Of all the times to take a drink, James waited until Phil was flexing -or trying too at least- He covered his mouth to not spit his drink out. “Phil, no one wants to meet them in a bright alley during the day.”

“What? I would never cheat! How dare you think that i would do that, Jameson.”  Phil teased lightly, knowing of course that not be his name, but it was something he called him from time to time. “I don’t know..! You’re the cheater, the mastermind behind it all!” He laughed, bopping James on the nose. Phil smiled as he shrugged his shoulders, obvious that he was going to do anything to win the next round. “Mmhm, alright.”

James rolled his eyes fondly. “Such lies Philip. You’re a horrible cheater and a horrible liar!” He laughed scrunching his nose up. “Yes, I cheated. Yes I was the master mind. I threw myself on your lap and blocked the screen.” He said nodding and chuckling. “May the best man win.” He replied watching the screen as the countdown started.

phil only giggled to himself as he heard james’s complaints, but his smile fell quite quickly as the brunette boy began to mock and tease him. “okay, maybe..!” he answered, not even trying to lie his way out of the situation. “come on, you’ve got to. it’s not fair..!” phil said with a grin, “you got a head start, come on.” the boy said pouting, giving james’s the biggest puppy dog eyes he could, before leaning in and pressing a light kiss to his cheek, “okay, next race will be mario circut.” philip said smiling and he looked back to the screen a second later

James shook his head. “Nope! I will not let you cheat. And it is too fair! Not my fault, you suck at this fame.” he said with a shrug. “You sat on my lap and blocked the screen! How did I have a head start?” He asked pouting at Phil. His cheeks turning a light shade of red, after Phil kissed him. “Whatever you want love. As long as you dont cheat again.” he teased.

Phil couldn’t help but roll his eyes, flashing a smile as well as a light laugh in James’s direction. “Hey..!” He protested, his lower lip falling. “No you’re not allowed to get milkshakes, since the boys will come to the yard, and i don’t want you finding someone younger and thinner.” Phil laughed, taking a bite of his pizza happily, “icouldeatthisfortherestofmylife” He mumbled, crumbles of his pizza falling on his plate as he tried to talk.

James laughed wiggling his eyebrows at Phil. “I could teach you, but i’d have to charge.” He sang laughing, and shaking his head “Wouldn’t want anyone else though Phil. You’re safe for now.” He added with a playful wink. James rolled his eyes as he placed his slice back down and reach for a napkin before reaching over and wiping Phil’s cheek.

Phillip giggled happily, his whole face lighting up light an Christmas tree, being around James’s just did that to him. “But i’m still winning.” He teased, leaning his head to lightly tap James’s fondly, happily nestling himself into the position on top of the boys lap, where he could happily stay forever. It was short lived that Phil was in first place, James soon getting a bullet bill and flying in front of Phil for the lead, seconds before he crossed the finish line himself. Frowning, Phil let his lower lip hang as he looked back at James, “Okay, the next race will be all or nothing, winner takes all.”

James whined, resting his head over Phil’s shoulder. “Because you’re a evil cheater.” He mumbled. “Ha!” He shouted the second he got a bullet. Smiling smugly at Phil, before mocking his pout. “You’re only saying that because you lost again, and you want to cheat again!” He told him shaking his head no. “Nope, i won’t let you suck me into your evil ways again Phil.”

“honestly,” phil started of saying with a small laugh, looking at the enormous pizza that the two had ordered at their favorite little pizza shop just a block from their home in new york city, “you’d think we’d learn that this is just… way too much.” he said with a giggle, knowing that even though it wouldn’t be pretty, he’d eat then entire thing. “and i wanted to get a milkshake after this! i’m going to gain a thousand pounds!” phil complained, his lower lip out, “will u still love me when im no longer thin and beautiful” he sang in a teasing tone in the tune of a lana del ray song, smiling fondly at james from across the table  @itsnoelle1x1

James watched Phil fondly from across the table as listened to him. “Phil, we go over this every time we come here.” He told him laughing. It was the best pizza, he had ever had and conveniently it was only a block away. James laughed shaking his head at Phil’s antics. “Maybe. I might upgrade to someone younger and thinner.” he teased grinning at Philip. “We should probably save milkshakes for later though. Unless you want to roll me home after we’re done.” he teased.

Philip only smiled as he matched his bright eyes with James’s much darker ones, nodding his head in reply. “Okay, no you can’t let me win.” The boy scoffed, pouting slightly, “I’m the one who works at a bloody video game shop, i’m bound to lap you.” Phil protested, knowing that it was a valid argument, but he would never be able to beat James’s natural talent at the game. The boy looked towards the start up screen, setting up the game, characters, karts, and all the boring nonsense that the two needed before the game began. And as the game was counting down to the start of the race, Phil scooted himself over, sitting now on James’s lap, blocking his view almost entirely. “And go!” He smiled happily, the first time in his life, beating James’s at Mario Kart, even if it would only be short lived.

James only patted Phil's thigh. "We all can't be as amazing as I am." He replied teasingly. He bit his lip as he watch the numbers count down, until his view was blocked by a head full of hair. "Jesus Christ Philip!" James shouted as but made no attempt at moving him off his lap. He only leaned to the side, hoping that he would be able to catch up despite not getting off to a good start. Huffing, when he realized just how hard it was to steer with Phil on his lap. He moved to wrap his arms around Phil and still be able to play. "You're a horrible cheater." James mumbled resting his chin on Phil's shoulder.

Philip frowned, sticking out his lower lip as he listened to James’s banters. “I can’t just throw them out, they’re my friends! My buddies! After all we’ve been through, i can’t do that to him James!” He protested, wiggling his toes, looking back at James with his saddest expression that he could muster up. Philip had his ways, he was just about as wrapped about James’s finger, as he was his. “First you ruin my socks, and now you ruin my self esteem. You’re the worst Matthews.”

James gasped blinking at Phil. "Your socks are a 'him' now? Not only to a have to fight the cat for your love, but now your socks?" He asked with a small pout. He would admit he was maybe a little too fond of the older male, but sue him. "Fine, fine. I'll let you win, but only this time." He warned with a small smile. They both knew it was a lie. He would purposely lose for Phil.

The older lad couldn’t help but frown as he watched James silently stare at the screen before diverting his attention towards Phillip. “I like to think that you were just lazy.” He teased, looking over at his friend with a smile before looking back at his feet, the obvious problem of the pink socks still there. “That’d be a waste, buying socks while i’ve got some… You could play Mario Kart with me though, that’d stop the pain that i’m enduring.” Philip teased, clenching his heart and sliding down the couch so that now he was just a lump on the furniture. Looking up at James with his big bluey grey eyes, he couldn’t help but stick out his lower lip, “Please?”  

James stared at Phillip. "I am never doing your wash again, Phillip." He warned, sighing at him. "Then throw them all out, you noob. We can go sock shopping on your day off." He offered, glancing down at the pink socks with a giggle. James raised his eyebrows at him as he stared down at him. "Oh no! Don't you dare give me that look!" He said waving his hands around. He was completely at Phil's mercy, and Phil knew how to work him. He sighed throwing his hands up in the air. "Fine. But don't cry when I win!"

“James.” Phil frowned as he looked over at James who was happily sitting on the couch, munching on crisps watching some sort of baking show. “Did you seperate the laundry, because now all my whites are pink.” He complained with a small pout as he wedged himself next to James, looking down at his now light pink socks that were once white.

James hold up one finger singling for Phil to wait a moment. Once his show cut to commercial he turned his attention to Phil and glanced down at his socks with a sheepish grin. "I maybe was in too much of a rush because I needed clothes and you leave your damn socks everyone Phillip. Not my fault this time." he replied with a small shrug. "I'll buy you new ones, if it makes you stop pouting." he told him poking his cheek.
