tw// I get a little meanspo coded at the end 1.Eat 30g of protein before noon, no matter what do not wake your metabolism up with sugar. This will stop the glycemic spikes that give you intense food noise and cravings for the rest of the day 2.Eat primarliy whole foods, the ultra proccessed slop that you find in stores, like overnight oats will entertain you but not sustain you. Buy steel cut oats, and then add honey or berries on your own 2.5 (a good rule to follow is, make half your plate protein, n the other half produce) 3. get your sleep oh my god I cant stress this enough, a big reason as to why I went back up to 136 lbs, from 112 lbs is because I quite litterally was only getting 4 hours of sleep a night. When you dont get enough sleep your poor fucking brain gets cooked with cotrisol which dirupts your bodies natural production of Glp1, so your cravings skyrocket to an insatibale amounts of hunger. SLEEP IS THE FOUNDATION TO WEIGHTLOSS. 4. 3 meals a day. I know you guys are gonna hate this but if you want to keep a fast metabolism, and be able to consistently burn fat then you need to eat consistently or your body WILL enter starvation mode and hold onto that weight that youre stuck at. Eating consistently with conscious intention will make getting to your goal weight much quicker and your mind will actully be more likely to sustain your restrictive lifestyle. Maintaining your metabolism and hormones is everything if you want to be skinny, elegant, lean and fit for longer than 6 months. Dont be stupid, only eat 400cal a day if you want to die, not be hot. Im here to be skinny for the long term, im here to sustain. have fun being dead while I walk this earth with my dream body.
Another rule of thumb I go by... Do I know where the food I'm eating actually comes from? Most of the food that exists nowadays is ultra processed, so stop and think.. what is actually in this?? A pop tart for example, I have no clue where it comes from or how its made, a homemade soup however I can tell you every ingredient down to the oil I used. Always be mindful of what you're putting into your body 🫶🏻

This one I bought from a japanese supermarket has 62mg of catechin per 100ml, which is shown to have loads of beneficial antioxidants which can help with metabolism, its anti-inflammatory and has been said to help protect your brain and regulate blood sugar! Catechin is very bitter but the health benefits are soo worth looking into 🍵

Hey, if your meds say "take with food" PLEASE listen and do as they say. It's likely your meds are partially fat-soluble, meaning your body won't be able to absorb them properly without some fat in your digestive system. This especially goes out to those with an eating disorder. I know you're struggling, but please don't play around with your meds. Please just eat it with a slice of avocado or a spoon of peanut butter, at the very least.
