How are the shrimp please my crops are dying

I hath started a new tank

10 shrimps in it

-5 are red orange hybrids, which is whats left of the last tank

-4 are red

-1 is orange and called omelette

in the last tank the shrimps have only bred once and then continued to have abortions and i couldnt find out why. There also appeared a kind of algae that was killing all my plants which according to pet store guys is because of too strong of a current of my filtration system. Also its made in a way that i can give it a proper good light, great.

Crazy update!! This morning, as I was about to prepare the floppy guy for their funeral, its body suddenly began twitching. Eventually it ended up crawling back into my mouth. Tasted weird, I’m still scared.

Hey guys. So as you all know, the latest thing that crawled out of my mouth was really floppy. About an hour ago it ended up succumbing to floppiness. I was seeing if it had gained some sturdiness, and was shocked and heartbroken to realize it had become more floppy, and was dead. There will be a service in the morning at the local cemetery, please come and pay respects.

The new critter is still pretty floppy, I tried bathing them in milk but nothing happened. How do I fix it?
