So...the question is whether the Mew from PMD is the og Mew, or Tree of Beginning Mew. I mean, are the Tree of Life and Beginning similar?

I adore Mew hugging Mewtwo in art, It’s fantastic. But I wonder... did they ever do this in canon? It’s established fanon that Mew is sweet, doting and cuddly towards Mewtwo, but did this ever happen in actual canon?

Mew can eat an entire packet of marshmallows by itself then hide in the packet.

Mew is like one of those species of feline that never stops looking like a kitten and honestly, that’s hilarious.

Mew’s chest heaves slowly. Their head swims. They like swimming. They’d found some old ruin, maybe a cottage once. 

Hm. Something’s here. Something’s getting closer. One of Mew’s eyes snap open to focus upon Mewtwo with hazy shock.

No.

Panic. Mew forgets where they are, when they are. They think they’re still in the arena, with the storm above making the tiny hairs on their body rise up. The wound in their lower abdomen burns. Mew doesn’t move, and their eyelid lolls down again. 

“...Mew!”

Go away.

Worth a try. One tiny arm moves, pushes against the floor to try and nudge them up. Mew flops back onto their side without much gain.

Mew seems to create a little vortex/wormhole of sorts here when they vanish, rather than just a ‘pop’ of light. They also seem to shrink a little, ‘sucked in’ by the light. And to begin vanishing, they have to 'rol' into it.
