Amnesia

Flashback: Before the accident happened Candice was living a peaceful and happy life with his friends, family, and boyfriend. Candice is a strong, beautiful, and smart person that's why people admire her. People saw them as great lovey-dovey in their teenage years and Candice made a great wife in the future, every Sunday they go to church to thank god for the blessings and good health, after they go to church they will go to mang inasal to have a simple dinner date.

Candice Pov: I woke up from sleep on the hospital bed. My tears flew on my face. What was that?? It's already been 3 months and I'm still lying at the hospital. I woke up last month without even knowing my name, where I came from, or anything.

The nurse told me that my name is  Candice Pangilinan, referring to the identity card they found in my bag after the accident. But I don't remember what happened before I woke up. As long as I'm here I always dream about the person who I can't even remember his name.

“Someone knocks on the door, she open it”

The guy said “Good morning Candice”, she was surprised because the face looked familiar but she didn't know the guy's name. (she saw that face in his dream)

Timothy forces Candice to remember their memories together but Candice doesn’t remember anything even though her parents. Timothy talk to Candice and said, “I miss you, my love, please get better and I hope you remember us”.

Flashback: Timothy and Candice went abroad for their 5th anniversary but they had a problem and they left that country to return to their hometown. But their airplane was damaged and caused an accident.

Finally, I went home, we celebrate because finally I'm okay with my condition but still I lost my memory but it's fine I can create a new one. The mother called Candice to talk about what to call them and said;  "baby, you may now call me momsi, and to your father is papsi".  Candice agrees with it.

*After few days*

Her parents talk about changing her name to Lavitina so that her real family would not recognize her.

Months passed by his father didn't know that it was hurting her because her fake mother had a brain disease and didn't want to let his fake mother know that she was in pain, so once it was found out that Lavitina complained to her father she would hurt even more.

She finds the perfect time to report to the police about what was done to her by her mother and she asked for help from other people to start a new life, finally, she had his own business and little by little her memory is back. THE END!

Importance of mental health in this time of pandemic

Good afternoon everyone I'm Angela Aquino, from 12-gratitude. For today's video I will discuss the importance of mental health during the pandemic

Mental health has been a critical aspect of our lives during the pandemic. We live in turbulent times because of the virus that is spreading which is called COVID-19. The issue of mental health is not only relevant but also crucial, because a lot of people's mental health are affected especially those attending online classes. Mental health illnesses can affect how we feel, and how we act. Mental health can abuse self-harm, and suicide this is the most common and dangerous in those illness. For this year I was one of those student hiding my illness, I was suffering from anxiety and depression, the only way to handle this illness is to cry and listen to music because no one else understand my situation. Because of my mental health I can't focus on studies because I anticipate the fear of what could happen, this pandemic and the associated changes including financial, protect the community also can cause a huge trauma and stressful experience in each individuals at the greater risk not only poor physical health but also poor mental health. Mental health is very important for living a stable and healthy life so everyone let's consult to the doctors about this illness so that it does not worsen and we avoid hurting ourselves, and let's pray to lord to heal us and to end this pandemic because it is more important to take care ourselves before the other things.

first steps on an unknown planet

Elena looks around. It’s dark and the sky has a black color without any stars. She thinks about his boyfriend. “There is no chance that he died! I know him for twelve years and he is strong enough. I will see him again. I’m sure about that. She hears nothing but the silence. Never before has she heard absolutely nothing. And suddenly she realizes that she is alone. There are no creatures on this planet. Everything is destroyed. A teardrop rolls over her pale face. And she takes the first step on this unknown planet. 

Elena went to her room to get some rest. However, she felt a cold wind and suddenly became afraid. She heard a familiar voice said "why do you want to see me?", Elena said to her boyfriend, because I really miss you, it's been a long time since you're gone. I still remember those times we spent together at the park, holding hands while walking and having good conversations. But suddenly all those happy moments with you turned out to become a memory. I wish I could have a time machine because you made me the happiest girl in the whole world but you left me, you're unfair you told me that we’re getting married. Then why? Why did you leave me if you know it's hard to move on Sean” Elena said. After she asked Sean He replied, "you don't understand my situation. Maybe, it really happened for a reason”. 

The room filled with silence and Elena's parents entered the room and her mom said " I hope you will finally wake up, we miss you." as she caressed the strands of Elena's hair.

Elena’s parents had a conversation with Sean

Sean asks” Aunt Melissa what’s the recent news about Elena's condition?,” Aunt Melissa answered  Sean’s question ”Hopefully Elena will be cured so that she can be with us and make more memories.”

Three days later a hopeful wait came, aunt Melissa saw Elena's hand moving and rushed to Sean to announce what had happened.

"Finally! After you showed a movement from your hands, you also came to consciousness and finally we can talk to you", Sean said. "Where am I?, Elena uttered. "You are in the hospital and you lost consciousness after the plane crash. You have been unconscious for a long time", Aunt Melissa said.

 Her mom called the doctor, then said " your daughter has been awake all this time she's not in a coma" . Sean was about to enter Elena's room but he suddenly heard the conversation of Elena's mom and the doctor.

This shocked him and realized that Elena knew all things he did. He did not have strength to face her and even her family. Then come one time that he really needed to apologize to her so he went back to the hospital but the attending nurse said that Elena was sent home already. He then went to Elena's house even if its raining intensely. Elena peek through the window and saw Sean outside soaking wet. So she went outside to meet him. "Why did you come? It's raining so hard you might get sick, " Elena said. "I came to apologize for everything I said, and done to you. I never knew you were awake all this time." Sean replied. Elena did not forgive Sean and it caused a heart problem. Elena is in the hospital and she knows that she has a serious heart problem so she told her doctor not to tell her parents or anyone. But Elena can no longer handle her feelings so it is getting weaker and weaker, then she told her parents that she would give up because he didn’t want to make it difficult for them both. Elena cried after she told her parents and her last will was “please take care of yourselves and I promise i will always be watching over you.” Elena said. Then after few minutes Elena died and Sean went to see Elena for the last and I can see that he was too much to blame and Sean said to Elena "sorry my moon for what I did, I just did that because I miss you your presence, and I hope you will forgive me.

Journal #2   “Two wolves”

I could say that I am aware of the two wolves I have in my self. The first wolf is negative side which strike me the most everyday, because I am always sad and pressure of the given task and having problems in daily life that cause me irritated with family and friends. The second one is my positive side but a little bit like joyful and funny sides when I talk to my friends, ill give one example after classes i usually talk with Janna and other friends so that we will having fun and to help each other to finish the activity.

Good Morning Everyone, Today's topic is about knowing oneself

A realization that stuck me the most is we have own strength and weakness that you should accept it to achieve our goals in life. We should accept and practice everyday and it takes time. My core strength is dancing but I'm not consider my self as a dancer

My qualities I want to hone is my dancing skills because I want to join in competition and I want to improve is self confidence .
