      This place isn’t even supposed to be open today. Grizz was fairly certain that he locked the door, but apparently not if some kid wandered in. Or maybe they just went through the door… he really needs to upgrade past a fence.

         Groaning, he forces himself up. This kid ain’t gonna leave on his own, he just knows it. It’s how they work. Tell them ‘no’ and they will just want to do the thing more. Honestly, how kids these days actually get by is a mystery to him. That much disobedience would’ve gotten him killed.

            Loud footsteps echo through the building. As quickly as his tired legs can take him, he walks to the door. Noticing the kid standing there, he frowns heavily.

               ❝ Kid, what are you even doin’ in here? Didn’t you see the sign that reads ‘closed for business’? ❞  He points outside, bringing attention to the fact that there is actually a sign hanging up on the door. 

﹥Ajai frowned, she didnt notice the sign, she kinda just waltz in and now she felt extremely rude ❝ Ah-.. I'm sorry sir I didnt know ❞ she felt herself take a small step back. Some what intimidated by the rather large Octoling that stood infront of her. ❝ I just wanted to see what you do in this building... I heard from my teammates that you hunt something called Salmonids? I-.. yeah.. ❞.

﹥The inkling looked away before soflty taking a deep breath ❝ I can I at least see what a Salmonid is? I've never seen them before, Ill leave as soon as I see one ❞   Ajai frowned some more before looking up at the large figure.

Ajai couldnt help but to squeal, Not only was he small (like her) but he was also the cutest Octoling she has seen! At least if that is what the little guy was. ❝ Awww! Well nice to meet you Yako, My name is Ajai ❞ She said as she tried to lightly pet his head.

“Something glowy? Like what?” He asked, genuinely curious. It caused him to look up and around them for anything particularly glowy and it was then that he noticed some ‘ink’ spilled on the floor. The sickly green liquid represented everything he’d done wrong, and for some reason, the sight of it caused him to freak out.

“OH that!!” He cried out in alarm, how did it get here? Did one of the sanitized drop it as they exited?? He was usually so focused and able to see everything that went on in his facility, but as of late he’s been a bit scatterbrained. Guess he wasn’t looking here. “Ah.. Don’t worry about that, it’s…. just a mess I’ll have to clean up!”

When Ajai looked over at the direction that the other was looking at, her ears perked up in excitement ❝ Ive been looking everywhere for it! and now that Ive found it I can- ❞ Her excitement faded when she heard 'Clean up" and a frown spreaded across her face. ❝ What? Why clean it? Can I at least take a sample? ❞ She pleaded towards him.
