i’m a huge fan of the ‘individual is alone in a dangerous situation and they save themselves all on their own’ trope but i think i might be an even bigger fan of the ‘duo is together in a dangerous situation and they work together to save each other’ trope and i think 911 should use this more

but imagine the relief that chim would’ve felt when buck told him about his coma dream after feeling so guilty for letting buck be the one to go up the ladder, that not only did buck not blame him for it but that’s buck subconscious had fully manifested him as a resource and a person of support

after hearing about buck’s coma dream chim walks around the firehouse bragging about being buck’s “coma guru” and hen challenges him by saying “well who actually was the one who figured out what was happening to him even subconsciously buck knows that i’m the smartest one here” and the debate carries on until bobby finally SNAPS and says “well who was the one who actually helped him find his way back”
