i had a gooooood seat at the storm aces game today and holy fuck
incredible game as a storm fan. the atmosphere was insane, i’ve been to a looooot of basketball games and that was one of the loudest ones i’ve ever experienced
nneka and sky were insane. it felt like skylar was on a MISSION. they were machines out there tonight it was amazing to watch
i’m so proud of dom she really did her big one with the and one and the free throw for the lead. she’s so so young and i feel like once she gets comfortable she’s gonna be a PROBLEM for other teams and i can’t wait to see it
erica wheeler, i fucking love you. legendary, the moment, and clutch as fuck
gabby can do no wrong. not her strongest game but i feel like she impacts the game in ways that aren’t in the box score. she’s also just absolutely drop dead unbelievably stunning in person in a way that i can’t really explain
ezi also, just looks not real in person. she looks like an actual angel that came down from heaven to play basketball. not her best game at all, but she was a menace on a’ja defensively and she deserves her flowers for this win
and slim i am just obsessed with. such a solid addition to the team, just an absolute powerhouse. just like gabby, i feel like her impact isn’t in the box score. she applied so much pressure and brought so much passion to the storm, which i think was crucial for this win.

today was my first time seeing the aces play irl, and a’ja wilson is absolutely insane. i was always a fan, but i became a big fan today. defensively and offensively she’s extremely difficult to go up against. and she is so TALL oh my god. i knew she was 6’4 but her presence on the court is actually crazy. she’s incredible and just wow she was an absolute machine out there tonight.
and one last person i wanna talk about is jackie young. wow. she has a fan in me now. played a phenomenal game. talked some smack. loved to see it.
