Yet another striking capture by Allan Amato for his new photo book “Seraph”. This shoot held a lot of important firsts for me- not only are all the images so beautiful, but this was the first photoshoot I’ve ever done with not a stitch of makeup on, or clothing for that matter. Just naked skin and a black eye. Despite seeing myself in the mirror every day, I don’t think I’ve ever really looked at myself this way before. Allan’s lens captures something truly special.
