Where We Gonna Dance (when the city falls down...)?

It was never ever a particularly good site, really…

I mean, all things considered from a visual artist’s (tho I supposed “content creator” is the favored buzzword.) perspective. The tagging system was shit. Content uploaded and redistributed without even a passing thought about attribution. It was mostly just a dumping grounds for images, really. Didn’t matter who’s images. Yours. Mine. Jen Law’s. Whatever. I’ve been to 4chan once or twice… I know how it goes. For 7 years this was the Pennicandies hub. I came here tired of deviantArt and Hentai Foundry’s ToS always being in a constant state of flux in addition to having to fill out forms for every submission. Maybe in the near future there’ll be a new hub.

I’ll be over at Twitter –till I’m not. Or till I find someplace new to be.

Also, shout outs to the new followers I’ve gotten on Tumblr this week. I don’t know if you’ve heard, but…

So I guess it goes without saying but...

The Lovely Ladybug is going to be looking to migrate to some new platform in the near future. While we’re (mostly) SFW content, there’s no excusing Tumblr’s behavior and many of the artists who’ve helped bring Marley’s adventures to life make their bread and butter off lewd work. Worst comes to worst, we’ll move back to wordpress. I’ll keep you posted!
