i don’t know if anybody needs to hear this but i’m going to say it anyway as a personal reminder too: make that binder. take notes. make the front desk person wait while you write things down or put your next appt in your calendar. do things that make your life easier. nobody cares if you bring a binder in to your dr appts or financial appts no one cares if you bring a written list of questions or a pre written script to an appt like if you have a system and a way to approach/organize your life that makes things easier, DO IT!!! EMBRACE IT!!! WHO GIVE A SHIT!!

had a big convo with my mom where i sort of just voiced a lot of my anxieties about starting the home buying process (as in just starting the conversation with insurance and loan people and brokers etc) and while 95% of it was super helpful and good conversation, she basically ended it by saying “and just remember you can’t do anything without god. if he’s not involved, this is all going to fail. you have to include him or it’s not going work” like yayyy that’s awesome! that way if it all comes crumbling down you can blame it on me for not praying hard enough <3
