hope u weren’t one of the ppl who called 911 for kittie and billie cuz they’re safe and alive, u better check kittie’s yt. hope u didnt disappoint them.
I didn’t spread nor use their information. I was in shock when I saw Billie’s post-someone sent me their info and I was like “could this..help?” It’s sad I got a hold of it in the first place.
Most people said I should call, but some very insightful lovely people shared their experiences with this sort of thing, So I knew that despite good intentions it’s a very parasocial act, and could only cause harm, so I deleted every trace of it.
I imagine most of the people who called 911 just wanted to help, but I realized that there’s nothing intervention could really do. Mental hospitals are terrible, and they have enough trauma with people getting their info.
I’m just happy they are alive :,)
However, I do think people view their YouTube video as a “step back” from the internet.
This is a permanent goodbye. Not all good things last forever I suppose. At the end of the day, everyone should put their mental and physical heath first.
