I am turning 20 this year in a couple of months! And before you little buggers say anything ...YES I KNOW I'M OLD...sniffles... no need to rub it in.. ANYWHO I will be hosting a Q & A Up until my birthday, October 1st! So you guys have months to harass me with questions! MC's neighbor and best friend: Meet James!

James (affectionately nicknamed Hook) is the MCs best friend, neighbor, and self-proclaimed "wingman", offering insight on the other love interests since he attended the school before you arrived.

Some of his advice can help the player significantly raise a love interest's affection meter. But be warned! His advisements can simply be a trick meant to make the player stumble; its up to you to weed out the lies from the truth.

Despite his charming and (admittedly) foolhardy nature, he harbors a crush of his own from their rival school, as hinted from a few dialogue lines mid-game. As one of the side quests, the player flips the script and assists James in his pursuit of love.

Friendship meter starts at 45 percent as opposed to 0 like the other characters, and raises slower. Can go both up and down depending on the players choices, and unlock unique dialogue about James and MC's relationship prior to attending the academy.

Though he is merely a side character, the player's choices are what determine his relevance in the story, so no one player's gameplay is the same!

...however, maxing out his friendship meter too early in the game seems to mess with the games pacing a bit, causing a sequence break of sorts and it sets the player up for an alternative ending route. He becomes more...observant of you.

Log Entry 1; "I am completely lost.... I've been in the black-site for what feels like.. months. Hell I could be down here for weeks but it feels like forever! But everything is okay....hopefully....
