Autumn breakfast of my dreams 🍂: Salted caramel nicecream with extra crunchy caramelized nuts, choc drops & spiced poached pears. 🍐 Who wants a spoonful? 🥄 𝐶𝐴𝑅𝐴𝑀𝐸𝐿𝐼𝑍𝐸𝐷 𝑁𝑈𝑇𝑆: - 70g mixed nuts (I used pecans, walnuts and almonds) - 30g maple syrup - ½ tsp coconut oil To make them: Place all ingredients in a small frying pan. On medium heat, fry for 5-10 minutes, stirring consistently. Place on a non-stick baking sheet to dry. That’s it! For a variation, you could add some spices like cinnamon, cardamom or even chilli powder. The recipe for salted caramel #nicecream is on my blog. The direct link is in my story today 📲 and in my bio. 𝑃𝑂𝐴𝐶𝐻𝐸𝐷 𝑃𝐸𝐴𝑅𝑆: Halved pears, cooked for 30-40 minutes in chai tea. Add extra spices if you like. Enjoy! Viel Spaß beim Nachmachen!😋 (at Berlin, Germany) https://www.instagram.com/p/CHQEGLPpObC/?igshid=10n1rejc88maf

AQUA BOWL💦 who would like to dive in?🐳 Perfect for today’s rainy weather😃☔️👌🏼 ⋆ Just blend 3 frozen bananas, 150g cauliflower, 2 Tbs pumpkin seed protein & 1 tsp spirulina and you’ll get this colour. 💚 When you use a food processor and only blend the cauliflower briefly, you’ll have tiny crunchy pieces in your ice cream 😍👌🏼 you can’t taste the cauliflower at all - it’s rather tasteless when frozen! But the crunch tho 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 ⋆ Why sneak vegetables into sweet dishes? Some of you might have seen yesterday’s story where I made cauliflower pudding. Sometimes I put broccoli or sweet potato into my smoothies and zucchini oatmeal is one of my all-time favourites! ➡️ Vegetables are very high in protein and iron. They offer a vast range of nutritional benefits and are composed differently than fruits. Therefore it’s important to eat at least 5 servings of fruits AND vegetables every day. I eat 10 servings of fruit easily but sometimes I struggle with veggies ➡️ blame my sweet tooth 😅👅🍉🍓🍌🍍🍦🍰🍫🍪 so I found a HACK that works well for me: Sneaking veggies into sweet dishes. Zucchini for instance makes cakes juicier 👌🏼🍰 cauliflower is super versatile and works well in all kinds of smoothies. Peas can also be used as a protein source in green smoothies and beans / chickpeas go well as a cookie dough base. ➡️ What are your favourite sweet veggie combinations? Inspire me ⬇️✨ (at Düsseldorf, Germany)
