Skincare for fats
If any of y’all didn’t know I work in healthcare, so I wanted to give my fellow fatties some skincare recommendations I’ve gathered from working in this field for a few years now (I’ve linked them all to amazon but feel free to buy them from any retailer you like) :
This is a no-rinse wash you can just put on a rag and wipe down body folds or genitals to keep bacteria and moisture out of these areas on its own or before you apply any of these other things I list:

This ointment dries clear and is medically healing for acne or cysts in between skin folds or on the outside portion of genital folds (let it dry down before you continue with your day and use it max once per day):

This ointment is a visible white/pinkish paste that has medicinal properties for healing irritated skin (including genital areas only on the outside) from rubbing against itself:

if you struggle with mobility please apply barrier cream (any of the ones I listed except for the benzoyl, or any cream labeled as “barrier cream/ointment”) to your boney prominences (anywhere your bone is closer to the surface, specifically your tailbone but if you’re in bed a lot heels and shoulders as well) to protect your skin from breakdown! also if you are completely immobile please do as best you can to roll from one side to another every 2-4 hours so your circulation doesn’t break down your back, it can cause bedsores and we wouldn’t want that <3
