Just to update all our friends on Hugo. His bloodwork came back negative for pancreatitis but he woke up with a shriek yesterday and was struggling with his movement. After a thorough examination he was given methadone and will be admitted for a full set of X-rays this morning. It's believed he has an issue in his upper lumber/neck region. But will hopefully learn more once the X-rays are done. We are pretty shocked and numb at this development and would be grateful if you continue to keep our little boy in your thoughts.
