Photographers Capture Their Road Trip Across Northern Iceland

Photographers Jesper Palermo and Matias Molina documented their road trip across Northern Iceland. Taking a first person point of view, Palermo’s and Molina’s images showcase the emptiness and isolation of the vastly romanticize region. Capturing all aspects of the landscape, from its snowy mountains, to its famous Northern Lights, frozen rivers and deep green and earthy tone mountains, the photographers leave no stone unturned. 

The muted colors of the images revert to the serenity of Northern Iceland. Usually its vibrant colors and grandiose scenery are documented, but Palermo and Molina remind us of its all-encompassing beauty.
