For those that don't know the story of Scooter.

Scooter got out by accident 6 months ago. Jeremy and Kat had done everything they could to try to get him back, they sent postcards about it to their neighbors, they posted about it on nextdoor and facebook, contacted every local shelter, sat outside every night talking, put his old toys and an old cat tree. Nothing had worked and eventually they were just hoping that another family took him in and just never scanned for his chip.

Now go forward to last week one of their neighbors contacted them because a tabby cat showed up on his trail cam. Turned out that neighbor had cats of their own so kept the postcard they sent out just in case. Jeremy and Kat worked with the neighbor to put out live traps for Scooter starting Thursday. Nothing had come up yet and there had been no more sightings since they started. Last night (Saturday) after the stream they put out a new trap.

Which brings us to this morning with Scooter back home safe and sound!
