I think I'm gonna start fleshing out Joe Shmoe's character through more than just memes. I always make memes about him or just offhandedly say stuff about him and I think it's time he gets another story that isn't the original Bio-Hazard, which is canon. Bio-Hazard: Reprocessed, and the nextbot series aren't canon with the actual Joe Shmoe storyline. Share it soon maybe!
