my most favorite Silverstein album 💚
released in 2009, A Shipwreck In The Sand was Silverstein’s first concept album. the songs are split into four groups, or “chapters”.
Chapter One: It Burns Within Us All
Chapter Two: Liars, Cheaters and Theives
Chapter Three: Fight Fire with Fire
Chapter Four: Death and Taxes
The songs on the album touch topics such as American healthcare, betrayal, corrupt governments, illness, etc.
