Back in physical therapy. Finally saw a good friend after a long while. Women make me feel loved the most, I think. Usually, I float outside myself, above my own head. I freeze a lot. Shut down and lose hours upon hours. I can't keep up with messages. Even though I want to. I stopped writing and reading mostly. I'm scared all the time. I'm sorry if I haven't messaged you back. I want to. I'm in some strange phase of my life where depression and OCD rule everything. Sometimes, I'm not sure I'll get better. Finally, I am able to process years of abuse. It comes in frequent waves. It is necessary, but I want it to stop.
