in new york city, private chefs are a dime a dozen, but to be frank, you’re a picky eater. it was hard to find someone who would listen and take real note of your preferences. it wasn’t like you hated all seafood or couldn’t eat dairy. your taste buds weren’t allergic to anything either. you just…didn’t like a lot of very specific items. so naturally you went to culinary school. you met luigi in the pantry, accidentally bumping into him. even in the shitty pantry light, he was absolutely gorgeous. you bit your lip, “i’m so sorry, i didn’t- i didn’t hear the door open…” you stuttered. he just smiled and bumped you back, but lightly, and shrugged, moving on. you took your items back to your workstation, trying your pay attention to your dish, and not when dark, tall and handsome came back.
