Guilt. Like spending all day with my kids desperate for time to myself. Then they finally go to sleep and I realized how much better I could have been. More loving, more patient, more understanding. They won’t want to always be around me. I want to be better.

I watch gender reveals and notice the mom is usually happy either way but the dad is usually only excited if it’s a boy. My girls are such a blessing and maybe they will give me grief in their teens but they are wonderful humans with such amazing personalities. Proud to be a girl mom.

Dandelion

I’d say I relate with a dandelion if I were to choose any flower. You’re probably thinking “those annoying weeds that I spray in my lawn”, and yes that would be correct. Like a dandelion I’m strong, I can endure a lot. At first glance I am not the most beautiful, but I am useful and I grow on you after a while. I may not be everyones first choice and neither is the dandelion. At the end of the day the ones that love me are the ones that took the time and stuck by me not for my beauty or wealth, but for my character and abilities.

Smoking as a mom

Why is smoking weed as a mother is so irresponsible, while moms that start drinking in the morning are just having “mommy juice”? In the state i’m in its legal. I hope every mom can find that one thing that works to relax them when it’s been a hard day.
