I managed to draw Monkey's design for the Aftershock AU, and although i like his design, it may be subjective to change.

The reason he's wearing clothes is because when i tried drawing him more similar to canon, i absolutely failed and did not like how it turned out. Besides, since the fight in my AU was way more brutal (and more stressful), i thought about him getting used to wearing clothes after some of his fur had fallen off due to post-traumatic stress from the battle against Mowcuss.

His fur is back to normal now... but he got used to wearing clothes and feels weird without them. That thing on his forehead... idk man i just put it there for style 😔. I forgot the name, but it is red in colour.

Also, have a few doodles of him and Triangle!

(They tried making bread. It didn't go exactly bad... but it didn't go well either. It got burnt to a crisp... also, the smell is killing both of them, but guess who's better at masking it.)

Maybe i'll post Noodle Neck's design tomorrow. If not tomorrow, hopefully by the end of the week. Also, although i haven't been able to work on my fic (school's been keeping me busy), i already have ideas for the first chapter...

I'm starting to think this is an AU where the gang gets more civilized and human-like in how they behave... (why do i sound like an scientist typing this.)

Hello.

I'm thinking about writing a TvM fic, but i'm worried about not being able to work on it consistently because of school. I'm still new here, but maybe i could hear yall's thoughts on this? The AU is called "Aftershock." It takes place a few months after the fight against Mowcuss and MechaTriangle, like in the canon storyline. The gang was badly injured (more than what they were after the canon fight), but they recovered just fine! They got a few scars, but everyone's alive. After they settled in the outskirts of the city and healed, Noodle Neck and Triangle managed to find jobs and gain some money, being able to finally, actually buy things instead of stealing them. While Noodle Neck worked as a mechanic, Triangle was a chef (Headcanon!! He cooks extremely well, and would usually cook for Monkey and Ghidorah, but never himself, since he feeds on radiation. However... since there wasn't any powerplants near where they lived, he resorted to also eating regular food. It was weird at first, but better than starving to death, i guess...)

Everything was well until Cole appeared. Then things basically became as chaotic as they POSSIBLY could ✌️

I really want to write more here, but i have to sleep. Good night to everyone reading this.

The left side of his face was disfigured after being hit by MechaT's atomic(?) breath. But, since my camera sucks, it's basically impossible to see. Also, some of the dorsal plates at the very tip of his tail were broken during the fight against Mowcuss. Despite being so small, they're taking taking their time to grow... (they're not growing back 🥀)

I'll be posting Monkey and Noodle Neck's designs later, hopefully tomorrow, but i can't guarantee it. Once again, i hope y'all have a good evening! :D

If possible, i would like a few tips for writing fics... only if you guys want to share them, of course.

Now i'm thinking about Triangle dropping Troy in the deep-fryer like Jax did with Ragatha in episode 4 of TADC... it's a funny scene. Maybe i'll draw it! :D

Thanks! I feel flattered reading this! Also, i took a bit of inspiration from your Triangle design (which i MUST say: i love the way you draw him, he's adorable!!), but then i tweaked it so much it kinda turned into it's own thing.
