Havent been drawing or goin on tumblr lately. School is fukin me up:") but decided to finally post my redesigns of sunny and hitch. Just kinda experimented and did whatever was fun.

Ngl not a fan of rainbow streak hair for sunny so I made her underside to glow up whenever she uses her powers and instead of purple I made her mane redish. Idk why but blue eyes seems to fit her better.( Still mad that they changed her braids at the end, the loose hair was just plain to look at. Also wishin she was still an inventor too since her series personality is bland for me>:/)

And for hitch. I was a bit upset with his og design becuz it felt like the designers were just playin too safe with his looks. This probs wont translate well in 3d but I gave him spiky hair to resemble a tree and dragon's silhoutte, freckles that look like scales, and softer palette. Small hc that sunny and hitch loves stylin each other's manes as a bondin hobby and that sunny just hasnt discovered she loves makin inventions until she met zipp

This is pretty much canon; I mean, there is basically zero chance it was accidental that Celestia sent Twilight to Ponyville with a list of names and they just happened to be Elements Of Harmony. I’ve just taken for granted since Episode 1 of Season 3 that Twilight is the product of a centuries-long arranged marriage program to breed a potential Alicorn princess, and since the first kid’s novels came out and we discovered that Cadance was canonically born a Pegasus I’ve assumed she was a first draft.
