[Yes it is, at least, in Japanese, since the Japanese servers are still alive and kicking with a growing English community.

Here's the Western Forums, there's plenty of guides, clan postings, etc to help you get started (if you are curious, that is).

Opinion on;

Character in general: QUUUUUUIIIIIIIIIIIICCCCCCK MAAAAAAAAAAAAN! Man I love them robutts, and the mun nicely pulls them off! Sure he and Oberon are dicks to each other, but that makes it extra fun. Aaaaand I'm no Touhou expert (It seems like a really deep hole I really need to dig deepr into orz, but I like the bunny people a whole lot!), but Reisen is cute as hell. Butterbutt needs to interact.How they play them: Quick is just as I imagine him: a great pile of metal dick. I love it. Resien I'm not a fair judge since I'm not balls deep into Touhou ahaha.The Mun: I want to know em' better so get in the car, it's gon be fun.

Agate - Someone they’d risk anything to protect

[As stated earlier, despite the flaws in the relationship and the bickering, he will risk his own life for Titania, since she deep down, does mean a lot to him.]

Onyx - How they deal with great sorrow

[Depending on the severity, he'll usually go down to do a few drinks to drink away his sorrow. He'll also seem a lot more cranky and easier to anger. If he's acting angry and taking a few drinks, something awful mast have gone down.]
